In August 2003, Kate and I took a 2 week vacation. The first week was spent touring in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. The second week was spent on a cruise from Vancouver up the Inside Passage to Alaska and back. The pages below contain just some of the photographs that we took over that period. Just click on the relevant page, and then use the navigation buttons to return to this index page. The pages will display best at 800x600 resolution or greater. Thumbnails have been created for each photograph. To display the full picture, just click on the thumbnail. Press the back button to return to the original page. However, in all cases, the photographs have still reduced in size to ensure that the web page loads in a reasonable period of time. If you really want a full resolution (up to 2MB in some cases) copy of a particular picture, please get in touch with me. For the camera buffs, most of these pictures were taken on a Minolta DiMAGE 7i digital camera. A few were taken the old-fashioned way (using 35mm film!) on a Canon EOS and subsequently scanned.
